Objectives
- Become a platform for sharing of knowledges and challenges faced by judges in Southeast Asia in handling environmental cases and enforcing the environmental decisions;
- Identify underlying problems and recommendations to improve environmental cases settlement, including cross-border cases in ASEAN;
- Obtain judges who have adequate competence and great interest in learning environmental cases settlement, including cross-border cases in ASEAN.

- The organizer provides seat for maximum 3 (three) participants from each ASEAN country
- Registration is conducted through each country’s CACJ Liaisons Officer
- Participant is expected to meet the following criteria:
- Judges from the court of first instance;
- Judges who seek opportunity to gain and share knowledge on the challenges and best practices in handling environmental cases in ASEAN.
- Participant is expected to attend the whole sessions in the workshop.
- Participant is expected to share environmental cases, challenges, and best practices from their countries during the workshop.
