The Intermediate Courts Act, Chapter 162 establishes the Intermediate Courts. The Act provides for the constitution, jurisdiction and powers of the Intermediate Court.

Currently houses 3 separate courts:

  • Criminal Court
  • Civil Court
  • Commercial Court
