In collaboration with the State Courts of Singapore, the International Consortium for Court Excellence conducted a virtual colloquium for representatives of the CACJ on the latest and third edition of the International Framework for Court Excellence (“IFCE”) on 28 October 2020. The Honourable Justice Methinee Chalothorn, President of the Supreme Court of Thailand, delivered the Opening and Welcome Remarks. The purpose of the colloquium was to share with participants features of the latest edition of the IFCE. It also provided insight on countries’ experiences in using the IFCE.
