The Council of ASEAN Chief Justices (CACJ) welcomes the Honourable Phaivy Siboualipha, President of the People’s Supreme Court of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, to the CACJ. The Honourable Phaivy Siboualipha was appointed President of the People’s Supreme Court of the Lao PDR during the Inaugural Session of the 10th National Assembly of Laos, pursuant to Resolution No. 08/NA, dated 23 March 2026.
The CACJ expresses its deep appreciation for the contributions of former President of the People’s Supreme Court, the Honourable Dr Viengthong Siphandone, to the work of the CACJ in advancing the Rule of Law within ASEAN.
