At the end of the programme, participants will be able to:

1. Identify particular challenges of managing the case-loads in their courts;
2. Analyse the effectiveness of applying various case management strategies to meet the challenges identified; and
3. Practise a robust approach to case management as well as develop skills and techniques as a pro-active case manager in practice sessions with constructive critique through a 360° review.
