The Youth Courts and the Family Courts are located at 3 Havelock Square, Singapore 059725. The Family Justice Courts’ Protection Order Services and divorce registry are also located at these premises.
The Family Division of the High Court is located within the Supreme Court Building, at 1 Supreme Court Lane, Singapore 178879.
The Family Justice Courts’ divorce-related mediation and counselling services, probate services and mental capacity and adoption registries operate out of premises located at the Ministry of National Development Complex in 5 Maxwell Road, Singapore 069110.
History of Family Justice Courts Building
The current Family Justice Courts Building was built between 1928 and 1930 and originally housed the Chinese Protectorate. The building was occupied by the Ministry of Labour from 1955 to 1990. It was gazetted as a national monument on 27 February 1998.
